Qi Gong is a therapeutic series of exercises and breathing techniques that has ancient roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Qi Gong combines movement, stretching breathing, meditation and visualization to improve the movement and generation of energy in the body.  Through Qi Gong, the physical, mental and spiritual bodies are energized and balanced.

Qi Gong relieves tension and stress, increases flexibility, range of motion, develops strength, focuses the mind and increases circulation to generate healing.  Qi Gong is vitalizing and generates a deep sense of well-being and peacefulness.

Qi Gong is suitable for all age groups.  It is particularly suited for persons who are ill and those who wish to maintain fitness.
